"Adequate for what we needed. Lots of flying insects outside due to proximity to the lake."

Upstairs bathroom doesn't really have a shower....it has a tub with a curtain and a wand, but the wand is not long enough to use while standing up. Accordingly, the only way to use that shower is to sit down in the tub. Outside decks need to be repaired and repainted....lots of nail heads pulling up that are a hazard for walking in bare feet. Backyard was just a bunch of dried weeds.

"Decent place for laying your head"

Property was clean and carpets were new and kitchen remodeled.

What was t remodeled recently was in need of maintenance. Doors don’t close so well, decks had nails popping up all over and backyard was just a dry weed patch. The inside of the house was nice, outside… not so much.
