Wash room not safe for ladies nay one can see while we are in the room

We were disappointed with our experience at the property. The water was not provided daily, and we had to request it each time. We visited the property on 13.01.2025, and when booking through Booking.com, it was clearly stated that no advance payment was required. However, upon arrival, we were told by the owner that we needed to pay 25% of the total amount in advance to confirm the room, otherwise, there would be no guarantee of availability. This was not mentioned earlier and was very disappointing.

Worst condition. Railing of stairs broken. Garbage heaps all around the hotel. Geyser was not working. Drainage pipe of bathroom blocked. In all wastage of money.

Worth staying here near baga beach and place is old but neat clean must recommend to stay here safe and peaceful owner Mr jatin is helping us out of way will give reference to others also

Staff behaviour was good

Although baga beach palms had been booked, I had been shifted to baga beach crystal which sounds crooked. Rooms need cleaning.
