Sea View Apartment Blyth

The view the peaceful location and right on seafront

A wee bit tired and needing a bit of upkeep but nothing that would stop us going back.

Convenience of arriving when it suited us after a particular time. Well equipped apartment and very clean and quiet.

The location is excellent. Blyth is just to the north of Newcastle so excellent for travelling around the area. The unit is very comfortable with two bedrooms and a large living area. A lovely view from the front rooms! Also, a block of shops and takeaways are only a 5 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right in front. We had an enjoyable stay. Excellent communication from our host.

Main gripe was the lack of hooks in the bathroom. There was literally nothing to hang clothes on. Another problem which could be easily solved is the doors all self close, which can get really annoying. Some door wedges would solve that. Lastly, there's a washing machine but nothing to hang wet clothes on! Luckily we'd brought a travel clothesline but that wasn't big enough.

Nice location, large living room. Good facilities - streaming tv, tea, coffee, Tassimo machine.

The sea right outside the window was stunning.

My husband had to fix the main kitchen/living room door. As a fire door it should not be hanging off.The main bedroom smells and the bed was on the floor. We had to push the 2 single beds together. The sofa smells and the cushions need washing. We moved the sofa and there are paper wrapping and thick with dust. The larder smelt.
