Très bien situé par rapport aux plages et aux restaurant en restant au calme.

Мы отдыхали компанией из двух супружеских пар в начале февраля 2026 г. Так как в отеле всего два номера на 2 этаже, соединённых с терассой и кухней - это был самый лучший из возможных форматов для такого состава. Возможность готовить, наличие холодильника и стиральной машины делали отдых очень комфортным. Номера чистые, кровати хорошие, кондиционеры работали, горячая вода была всегда, сантехника была исправна и в хорошем состоянии. Бельё меняли по требованию без проблем. Персонал очень приветливый и душевный. Рядом, через забор, есть маленькая семейная кафешка, там очень вкусно готовят и ценник приятный. Правда мы так и не поняли по какому принципу это кафе открывается и закрываются, но учитывая массу других кафе в пешей доступности - это вообще не проблема. Жили, как в джунглях: вокруг тропические заросли, попугаи и всякие экзотические птицы летали и пели, павлины с длинными хвостами ходили толпами, бурундуки резвились с утра и до вечера, каждое утро наблюдали местного мангуста. Однажды прям к террасе пришли несколько лангуров. Это был прям шок и восторг 🔥. В общем, если вы едете компанией из 4 человек - это прям самое лучшее предложение из всех возможных. Нам немного не хватало какого нибудь шкафчика или небольшой вешалки в номере. Все ж таки хранить вещи все время в чемодане не очень удобно. Ну и если вы любитель поспать после обеда - не думаю, что у вас это получится: рядом с отелем идёт строительство и днём яростно пилят и строгают. Плюс детишки местные обожают во время игр весело и непрерывно визжать от восторга. Ночью все тихо и утром начинают работать уже после 9.00. Так что спать вы точно будете отлично! 👌 Однозначно рекомендуем данный отель и выражаем глубокую признательность его персоналу 🥇.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen in een zijstraatje van de drukke weg. Toch dichtbij het strand. We hebben vanaf het strand kunnen snorkelen en tussen de schildpadden gezwommen. Eigenaresse woont beneden, boven 2 kamers met een gemeenschappelijk keukentje. Mooi terras met overkapping waar je heerlijk kunt zitten met uitzicht op de bomen en tuin. Aapjes en pauwen gezien. Alles is mooi schoon, en er is een fijne airco.en goede wifi.

Warm welcome, and greeted with a nice clean room. Coming here was completely worth the stay and it supports the local economy.

First of all if you like a place that is quiet it is the place to go and nevertheless a walk of 5 minutes get you to the beach and plenty of restaurants . If you like to walk you are 15 minutes from the Main Street and 30 minutes from Matara. In Matara you can eat for 400 lkr on the beach is 1600 lkr and up.

The location of the property was very good. Only a five minute walk to the main street along the ocean. The room was very cosy and there was a little bit of a rooftop patio where I could do my morning workout

When I arrived, there was a sewage smell coming from the washroom, and I asked the girl if she could take care of it. They took care of the smell easily enough, however, after that, there was a situation with the water. So I didn’t have hot water for a couple days after that.

New guesthouse, great location, just 5 min walk from bars and restaurants. Very helpful family, ready to fullfill your requests. There's a small restaurant nearby who serves very tasty dishes!

Delightful, gentle host whose new build property has been finished with quality fittings in the bathroom and has very modern flooring. It’s situated just a two minute walk from the restaurants overlooking the sea. It’s in a very peaceful location and even the occasional peacock flies up to strut along the roof! It is scrupulously clean with hot water and a/c . The garden is now being prepared. Next door the owners daughter runs a charming restaurant called ‘The Hungry Haven’ We ate there several times and the food was delicious. We were made to feel so welcome and were sad to leave.
