"Basic, great value great tv, shower slept v well"

Basic but good value for the money. Kitchen , bathroom & shower clean & good. Heating very good and needed as quite drafty. Easy & free to park close by day & night. TV is great with streaming too. Good comms flexible checking and we liked 11am checkout.

Out the back there no fence so lack of privacy in kitchen and living room. They could do with at least one chair and somewhere to work on a laptop in a bedroom as there is no table and chairs. The checkout instructions say to leave the sheets on the beds but put the towels in the basket, they seemed clean enough but the thought of it made me feel a bit icky. So I would change that.

The host was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the time advertised

Finding parking space was very difficult during the day, a bit better at night. The only bathroom was downstairs- not easy to access at night
