Beso Hotel Berke Ranch&Nature

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже раз 10. Очень любим его за атмосферу. Уютный красивый отель, Завтраки тоже вполне 👌🏼. В ресторане вполне хороший выбор, но Европейскую кухню лучше на заказывать, мясо и рыба были отличными. Говядина просто восхитительная. В этот раз немного расстроил сервис ( не было воды в номерах и не хватало полотенец в номер и у бассейна). У отеля сменилось название и возможно сменился владелец, надеюсь сервис наладиться. В любом случае это одно из наших любимых мест в Кемере. Возвращаемся вновь и вновь.

We booked a 2-night stay for four people, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The welcome was poor, and none of the staff seemed to speak English — only Russian. No one smiled or even properly greeted us. We received no explanation or information upon arrival, only a sheet left in the room. Our room was not cleaned or refreshed after the first night. There were animals on the property, which was actually a nice touch. However, a peacock stayed on our balcony and left droppings everywhere, and nothing was cleaned during our stay. Because of this, we could not enjoy the terrace on that side. The other terrace was not usable either, as another guest’s drinking glass remained on the table from the moment we arrived until we left. The walls are very poorly insulated, and we could hear children and guests talking loudly morning and evening. At 9 a.m., the shared toilets near the breakfast area were still dirty from the previous night and left wide open, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast officially started at 8 a.m., yet the tables were still dirty from the night before. The room itself was not very clean, and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. There was also no drinking water provided in the room while tap water is not drinkable. Breakfast was terrible. The vegetables did not look fresh, the börek was still frozen inside and was served again the next day, and the scrambled eggs had green parts. The entire breakfast looked extremely cheap, with only bread available. The cakes were not good, and even the Turkish tea was cold. To make things worse, the prices were completely exorbitant for the quality provided. Considering the overall condition and service, it honestly felt like a scam. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nature

Lovely place and manager - lovely for the horses and animals, the heated pool, scenery, everything. And the amazingly friendly manager.

The bread at the breakfast and some stuff was finishing very fast, we were hunting for bread :))

Nice views

We expected quite place and as we entered the hotel saw small kids shouting. At 9,20 no menamen and bread left at the breakfast and all in all breakfast is quite poor Left opened shampoos from previous guests. All shampoos filled with water, impossible to wash your hair. Water goes out from the shower

The hotel is nestled amidst magnificent mountain views and pine forests. It's not just a hotel; it's also a professional equestrian center. Waking up to the sounds of birds and horses neighing in the mornings allows you to start your day with a completely different energy. The horseback riding experience is wonderfully organized for both professionals and beginners.

Прекрасное, живописное место, горы, природа, животные. Внимательный персонал, реагирует на все пожелания. Подогреваемый бассейн, трансфер до моря и обратно. Все очень экологично и атмосферно
