The management is very money oriented: You don't have WiFi In the room unless u pay for it If u need to use the billiard in the hotel u need to pay for it Breakfast is not tasty, Horseback riding management is terrible,we paid for an hour mountain riding but they ended up taking us for less then 35mins because we made 2 minutes gallop or maybe less. The guide was in contact hurry to get back to the Hotel. After we shared our dissatisfaction They said if u want gallop with the horse you should reserve two hours. We reserved for the other day hoping to have a better experience since we love horseback riding but the guide didn't even end up coming so we canceled the ride. The staff are not friendly at all, no one smiles or greets you in a warm manner. The hotel is in really beautiful location but the customer service ruins all whole experience. If anyone is an experienced rider and cares about customer service, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL

Mountains view, clean and comfortable room.

Wasps won't let you eat your breakfast. Stuff will not take care of you during your stay. Also zero working electricity sockets in the room. Don't recommend to stay more than 1 day. For 1 day it's 5/10.

Bad cleaning in the rooms, hardly clogged washbasin and shower No free WiFi, you should pay extra Beach was different then offer in the hotel’s website and booking Its not allowed to bring your food or drinks, you should buy only in the property About food - breakfasts were awful 😞 nothing similar with turkish breakfast at all, yesterdays fries and chicken nuggets from beer plate in the morning.. it was just something. another shocked thing for us was small plate with 2 black + 2 green olives for two person, I mean 4 not fresh olives for couple breakfast.. Im not gonna describe all the cringe about food but just be careful and not always “breakfast included” means that you are gonna have good meal in the morning generally we had a feeling that place used to be really cool but right now owners or stuff stoped to take care about it :(

The hotel is a 10/10. Brilliant setting and great facilities. This is the perfect retreat to relax by the pool within nature. The forest room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff who went out of their way to help us.

The horse riding was fantastic and great value but be careful of the ranch photographer. After an hour riding tour he said each photo would cost 10€ - expensive but decided I would purchase one. When I chose the photo that I wanted, he said it would be 20€ because it had two people in the photograph - absolutely outrageous. I think the hotel manager should be aware so that it doesn’t tarnish the reputation of the hotel as this is on the hotel’s premises. Considered downgrading the rating but it would be unfair on the hotel.

Beautiful location. Large room with amazing views. Wonderful housekeeping lady.
