Amazing location, Amazing views, amazing staff. I wanted a real getaway and Gite de Montagne Azilane was perfect. From the cosy and clean rooms to the friendly and very hospitable staff. Chef Ayoub cooked a beautiful breakfast and a vast delicious dinner. Brahim was a gentlemen and really made the effort to make me feel at home....ill definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

Het typische, de ligging, gezellig ingericht, het warme onthaal! Het was een basic verblijf, maar beviel ons zo goed na een lange stapdag! We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden! En zeker ook nog te vermelden het lekkere avondmaal en -ontbijt dat in de prijs inbegrepen was! Voortreffelijk! We kregen ook goede tips voor onze volgende stapdag.

La nourriture était délicieuse et copieuse. Nous ne nous attendions pas à manger des tajines aussi bon et aussi généreux. Ibrahim est adorable, tout comme sa famille. Notre guide, Ayoub, le neveu d’Ibrahim, est originaire de la région. Il nous a préparé un très joli parcours selon nos préférences de randonnée : lac, forêt, vallée… Puis nous nous sommes arrêtés chez sa famille pour une pause thé accompagnée de rghayef, d’œufs, d’olives, etc. La vue était magnifique, on se sentait complètement coupés du monde. C’est un endroit calme, reposant et authentique, une véritable immersion chez l’habitant.

Le trajet est difficile d’accès, il faut un 4x4. Ibrahim propose un service de prise en charge de Chefchaouen. La vue du gîte en vaut le détour

Ayoub est extrêmement gentil. Il nous a fait un superbe accueil. Ayoub est un excellent cuisinier, le meilleur tajine au poulet de notre voyage. Il a une joie communicative qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment très sympa.

Our stay at Gîte de Montagne Azilane was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Ibrahim, the owner, is incredibly kind and attentive—he truly makes you feel at home and ensures everything is perfect. The food was exceptional. Thanks to Ayoub, the talented chef, every meal was delicious, generous, and full of local flavour. The portions are big, and every dish feels homemade with love. A special mention to Mohamed, who seems to do everything—from keeping the place spotless to guiding us on beautiful walks around the area. His energy and friendliness add so much to the experience. The view is absolutely spectacular, with the mountains surrounding you in peaceful silence. It’s the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. We left feeling like we were part of a family. If you’re looking for authenticity, warmth, and breathtaking scenery, Gîte de Montagne Azilane is the place to go. Highly recommended!
