The perfect place to stay in Tbilisi! I stayed in this apartment and was absolutely delighted. If you are looking for comfort, safety, and tranquility, this option is just perfect. What I liked the most: Atmosphere and condition: The apartment is maximally quiet, clean, and very cozy. The place is completely new, the interior is fresh, and all appliances work perfectly without any issues. Safety: The neighborhood and the building itself are very safe. This place is excellent both for those traveling with children and for solo travelers, like myself. Location and infrastructure: The location is incredibly convenient. Public transportation is just a couple of minutes' walk away. There are all the necessary shops all around, so you won't have to waste time searching for groceries or essentials. Special thanks to the host: I would like to give a special mention to the host. He is an incredibly decent, responsive, and helpful person. He genuinely helped me throughout my entire trip to Tbilisi, answered questions promptly, and supported me in any situation. Such an attitude is a huge rarity when traveling. Conclusion: Next time, I will definitely stay only in this place. My highest recommendations!

Уютное жилье, есть все необходимое. Быстрый интернет, кондиционер, уютная кровать, холодильник и вся нужная кухонная утварь, стиральная машинка и телевизор с ютюбом 😁 Большой балкон

Понравилось все, единственное как рекомендация - микроволновка и занавеска в ванной, это то, чего не хватило. Но на общее впечатление не повлияло

I was lucky to choose this apartment. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was warm, and there were washing machines and kitchenware. I slept very well after staying there for a few nights. Great! The landlord was also very nice and enthusiastic to help me answer questions. There was a supermarket and bus station within a 200-meter walk, and the Goodwill supermarket was also very close to the apartment. I will still choose to stay here when I come to Tbilisi on a business trip next time.
