Old furnishings. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Door keys continued not to work and no sound proofing from other rooms so could hear everything. We had to move after 3 nights as it was not worth the rate charged

New furnishings. Bigger rooms. Sound proofing

"STAY AWAY!!"

Nothing.

I made a reservation. When I arrived the front desk staff told me I had cancelled my own reservation. Then they told me it was cancelled and couldn’t say who cancelled it. Eventually, it came out they cancelled it because they overbooked. There was no apology, explanation, accommodation made, nothing. I travel for a living and have been fine with all sorts of unforeseen inconveniences. Walking in the rain to find a dry place to book another room on Saturday night in Mexico City was a new one. STAY AWAY!!
