The location, cleanliness, setup in the rooms

The shower doesn't have curtains around it. The water was spilling on the floor in the bathroom. The tap on the basin was dispensing very little water. I reported it to the owner.

The bed was too high but comfortable. The staff was superb, they treated us like royalty 👌

The room was too small for our liking. We thought it'd be a chalet with privacy. The kitchen is shared by all guests which is not good.
