Fijne kamer met een klein zitje (bureau en tafeltje). Die deden bij ons dienst als kast (Japanse hotelkamers zijn klein!). De receptie was een groot deel van de dag bemand en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam. Ze wilden zelfs voor ons naar een winkel bellen om iets uit te vragen. Ook was er een magnetron beschikbaar en waren er plastic vorken en lepels voor als je eten mee naar de kamer nam.

De douche had iets schoner gekunt, maar het was echt geen dealbreaker. Ook was de wasserette die aangeraden werd op best een afstandje lopen van het hotel. En daarnaast kon je eigenlijk niks te drogen hangen in de kamer als je kleding had die niet in de droger kon. Het hotel was dicht bij het station, maar wel wat verder van het centrum.

Great hotel with an excellent location—close to everything you need. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable.

Un merveilleux séjour dans ce petit hotel près de la gare de Kyoto. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil de tout le personnel, le calme de la rue, sa situation très pratique et ses lits teès confortables!

This hotel was amazing! All of the staffing were extremely nice and we felt very welcomed, it was a very cozy stay. All the amenities were amazing!

The only downside and it’s not the hotels fault! The location is just a bit far from the central area in the sense that if you want to eat a proper meal (not convenience store food past 5 or 6 pm you would have to walk minimum of 20 minutes for the main area because almost ALL restaurants close by 6pm, the only things that stay open are either izakayas or more expensive fancy dinner places. The hotel does have convenience store near by which made it easier for me since I was traveling with a very picky eater😅
