Tea making facilities are not available in the room. No drinking water arranged. We need to go to kitchen to make tea. Most of the electrical equipment’s are not working.
GBDeshan definitely made our stay here. A considerate and kind young man. Lovely views from the balcony allows a justifiable visit to the beer shop to enjoy the early evening!

CZThe hotel was clean, newly renovated. The room was spacious, with enough beds for our family of five. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast in the next accommodation, varied and on request. Haputhale turned out to be an ideal starting point for our trips to World's End, Lipton's seat with tea plantations and a tea factory, to the surrounding waterfalls, and by train to Ella. The train ride was probably the only negative experience, but the ceremonial procession of dancing groups with elephants in Ella made up for it all...

DEDie Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, Frühstück gibt es nebenan und wird auf Wunsch gebucht. Der Angestellte war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns wirklich zu jederzeit in der Lobby empfangen und hat uns auch morgens um 5 Uhr das Tor aufgeschlossen, als wir zum Wandern los sind (die Anlage wird abends zugeschlossen).
Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Fugen waren bei der Duschwand sehr schwarz. Im Bad waren einige wenige Ameisen und ein Frosch.
