Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform RENU at Downtown Houston in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cats and dogs are welcome, but certain dangerous breeds are restricted, and proper approval and screening are required. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $15 per pet, per night, applies for up to 14 days. Starting from day 15, the pet fee is capped at $150 per pet. If you have a service animal, please reach out. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines. All pets AND service animals should be registered with the city. This is a self-check-in reservation. 
Guest will receive a link via text to complete the 3 pre-arrival check-in steps prior to arrival. Once fully submitted, the full set of check-in instructions will be provided. A deposit may be required at the property.
