"Great place, great host"

Cosy apartment in Montesilvano with great view on sunset and the sea. Close to shopping centre. A great variety of restaurants nearby. Option to have a parking spot behind the fence. Superb host. Very friendly, adapting to the needs. Warm welcome with some surprises. Definitely worth to choose among all destinations in Montesilvano.

Great communication throughout from our host. Couldn’t do enough to help. Flat was ideal for us as two friends as one has bedroom and one the bed setter. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Great balcony. 5 mins from beach with discounted sun beds. 3 mins from lovely wine bar , pizza place and gelato. Not an English tourist in sight which we loved. Great for a four night stay.

Manlio was a super friendly and helpful host. The Light Blue House is actually a beautifully decorated spacious airy single bedroom apartment ideal for longer stays and walking distance to attractions.
