The place was quiet, and the view

I paid so much for a premium chalet , which 1stly the aircon was not working the bedding was dirty ,full of stains. We was then inconvenienced to moved to another chalet and that one was not clean in a while has the property was not used in a while , we could keep any food on the counter has the ants was like a swam of bees Ready to attack and my child has a fear of ants Then there was an ugly lizzard and huge mosquito invets like i had never seen before in the chalet, and we were not going to sleep there with our kids The pool area closed so early, and there were no other activities after 5. It was absolutely not kid friendly O and lastly, the wifi was not even working We were so upset and had to leave at 8 pm in the terrible rain all the way back home Our kids were so upset cause we had so much planned for them I would appreciate my money to be refunded ,if not, I go to social media, and you lose more business.

The trees dropping branches on the roof sounding like world war 2 was n the night. Netting should stop that because you do not want to cut the tree as it provides shade and privacy

The glam tent was cute and cosey. Loved that we had our own space.

Glam tent has space for a toilet but does not have one

I liked the location.The beach was lovely.

The accomadation was terrible.The beds were very hard.The floors were very damp.The taps were old fashioned...it would have been better if the taps were mixers.

Great venue, secluded and peaceful. A real hidden gem
