The apartment is really spacious and in an excellent state of modern decoration, including cove ceilings with spotlights and a range of ambient lighting to have as much or as little light as needed in the evenings. The shutters are all electric, easy to operate using buttons by the windows. The widows act like one-way mirrors so that you can see perfectly fine out of the window without being seen from outside the property, which provided excellent privacy. The aircon was able to keep the property nice and cool, even on days when the temperature outside was in the high thirties. Excellent location, with so many great places to eat nearby. A few supermarkets are also pretty close in the neighbourhood, including a Carrefour about 10 minutes away on foot. It was relatively easy to find the property as the owner communicated on WhatsApp and explained how to get to the property with photos and a dropped pin. He then provided the code to the key safe. The owner asked for a photo of the passport as proof of ID before agreeing to supply the code to the key safe as a security precaution, which is understandable.

The property was overall very good, but just a few minor points have let it down slightly. Very good built-in kitchen appliances such as the fitted hob and oven, but the freestanding fridge looked old and tired. Not enough kitchen equipment, the only knives provided being vegetable knives. Not enough cereal bowls for breakfast. The bedsheet did not fit the bed. Towels were clean, but stained and old looking. The tea towel looked dirty, and appeared to have some food debris stuck on it. There is an excellent large screen TV in the bedroom, but no TV at all in the lounge, unfortunately. There is aircon in the lounge which was able to keep the whole apartment nice and cool, but this meant leaving the bedroom door open as the bedroom does not have its own aircon. It was just the two of us, so that wasn't a problem, but might be worth bearing in mind for larger parties with children etc. There is an iron, but there was no ironing board to use it with. Many of these point can be easily addressed, and with that an already very good apartment can become pretty perfect!

Bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz. Pomimo tego, że rezerwacji dokonywaliśmy w ostatniej chwili, to apartament był w pełni gotowy. Bardzo komfortowe wyposażenie. W pobliżu Carrefour i hipermarket Marjane.

W kuchni przydałoby się więcej sprzętów, sztućców i talerzy. Na okolicznych działkach trwają budowy domów.

L’accueil était chaleureux. L’appartement était spacieux, bien aménagé, confortable et idéal pour une famille, avec un emplacement pratique à Haut-Founty.

Nous aurions préféré avoir l’appartement présenté sur les photos, avec deux lits séparés comme indiqué. Certains équipements mentionnés dans la description manquaient, et la connexion Internet n’était pas optimale. Malgré cela, le logement reste confortable et fonctionnel pour un séjour familial.

Seul avantage le logement était bien placé

Le ménage n'était pas fait tout était sale. Sable dans le lavabo, sol sale miroir également. Salle de bain pas nettoyer frigo sale. Plusieurs coupure d'électricité, uniquement dans l'appartement et pas dans le quartier.Je suis vraiment déçu, je comprend pas les autres commentaires.

L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos : décoré avec goût, propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi.

Le quartier est agréable, calme, avec tout à proximité (transports, commerces, restaurants). L’accueil a également été excellent. La plage d'Agadir est a 10min.et souk had a 6mn en voiture. L’accueil a également été excellent, Mohamed a été disponible, réactif(ve) et très sympathique.

Everything. The apartment had all our needs. It's very spacious. The place was a few minutes away from the centre and the neighbourhood wasn't noisy at all and that was really important to me. I managed to sleep well every day. The manager(owner?) was so responsive to all my questions and needs. I'll definitely book again.

Beutiful clean and spacious apartment situated in a great location close to all amenities and close to local attractions.

Everything was great if I had to say something it would be provided more towels as we were 3 people with only 2 towels .
