The location was not bad.

We recently stayed at this villa, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations due to poor maintenance and highly unprofessional behavior from the management. While the owner seemed very polite during check-in, their attitude completely changed at check-out when we tried to provide constructive feedback about several major issues we faced during our stay. Safety Hazards: There were broken glass pieces near the poolside sitting area. One of my friends actually got hurt because of this negligence. Broken Amenities: Two of the bedroom ACs were not working properly, there was no cupboard in any single room and the refrigerator was completely non-functional. Missing Essentials: Basic bathroom essentials were entirely missing, and none of the indoor games mentioned in the listing were available. Basic Utilities: The villa completely ran out of water at night, causing a huge inconvenience. When we tried to politely bring these issues to the owner's attention at check-out, they became extremely defensive and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the problems, the owner literally told us, "You haven't purchased the entire villa for this amount," and refused to accept that the ACs were faulty or that the broken glass was a safety risk. Additionally, the caretaker's behavior throughout our stay was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We weren't looking for an argument; we were simply trying to give honest feedback so they could improve. If you decide to book this place, we highly suggest you check every single amenity properly before checking in and demand confirmation of proper service. Proceed with caution.

They have not stay in villa

It's a scam, person will not give you the villa that is booked on booking.com and will offer you another villa which is against the company policy there is no image and video of another villa and is not registered with booking.com. when asked to cancel the villa request the owner will not reply to booking.com and neither to customer. Total scam be aware.
