Pool and bedrooms were nice.

Unfortunately the lounge and kitchen area is unusable at night because there's no privacy from the other residents and nearby neighbors and construction site. The large glass windows at the front of the property are transparent when lights are turned on inside. Some curtains or frosted glass would go a long way. In addition, one of the bathrooms had a bad smell during our stay.

"Water problems, bad smells, but beautiful looking villa."

Unfortunately, the villa we stayed in had water issues. No water in the showers and toilet close to the bedroom. The en suite shower and bathroom had a very bad smell, (damp and mouldy) that was very strong and off putting. In our 3 days there, we did not shower. That made the stay uncomfortable and unenjoyable. Apart from that, the villa is well appointed and looks good as advertised, but we did not enjoy our stay. The property manager (Heerawan) was cheerful and helpful but I got the sense he couldn’t help the situation himself. I wouldn’t fault him.
