First of all it was not clear that is not hotel. Secound I tried to contact property no one answer and robot repeating same words, I didnot go to this property, Service was poor , please remove this property from your list . I would complain to get my money back

Great location , well stocked (I loved that olive oil, S&P, washing machine pods were provided)

Lication, facilities, cleanliness.

It was very loud the second night of our stay, I belueve due to the Norway match at FIFA 2026, and this made it hard to sleep.until 4am.

The apartment is a short walk from the central station. Communication with staff was excellent. I used the Numa app which made our stay seamless. Keyless unlocking can be done via the app too. The apartment was quiet, cool for sleeping, bed so comfortable. Great to have the washing machine and good quality toiletries. Secure and nice touch to come back to soft music playing in the halls.

Everything was where it should be, clean and properly working. Location is great, staff helpful, and communications clear and timely.

Wi-fi wasn't stable, and TV signal didn't always work well.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα. Σε κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος με τα πόδια. Πολύ εύκολο check in. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Η θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο δε λειτουργούσε ενώ τα μπάνια έχουν ξεχωριστή επιδαπεδια θέρμανση. Όταν ρωτήσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι η κεντρική θέρμανση είναι κλειστή το καλοκαίρι. Όντως ήταν Ιούνιος όμως η θερμοκρασία ήταν 8 βαθμοί. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό μας έδωσε ένα ξεχωριστό μηχάνημα θέρμανσης.
