Отдельная благодарность Клео за невероятное гостеприимство и искреннее внимание к деталям. Хочется отметить уютную атмосферу, идеальную чистоту и продуманность каждого уголка. Завтраки — просто волшебство: свежие продукты, великолепная подача и море вкусов. Вид из номера — как открытка, которую хочется сохранить навсегда. Мы чувствовали себя по-настоящему особенными гостями. Это место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Tout était parfait : chambre canon, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, bien équipée, vue imprenable, petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse, parking gratuit dans l'hôtel. L'hôte est charmant, réactif, flexible et plein de bons conseils.

RAS, la piscine est fraîche mais c'est normal pour novembre.

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue superbe qui donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, toujours souriant et disponible. La propreté est irréprochable, tout est nickel du début à la fin. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais au calme. Je recommande à 100 % cet hôtel, c’est une vraie pépite !

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far below expectations. We booked this room mainly because of the private outdoor pool, but the water was always cold and the heating system was broken and completely out of place — something the hotel staff knew about but never mentioned. The air conditioning didn’t work during the entire stay, and on the day of check-out there was no electricity and no hot water, which made it impossible to shower properly before leaving. There is no reception or on-site management, so it was impossible to report these issues formally during the stay. We spoke with the cleaning lady, who confirmed the problems and advised us to complain to Booking.com. The following day we stayed at another hotel in Santorini (also booked through Booking.com), again with a private pool — and there, everything worked perfectly with warm water — proving the issue was only with this property. The hotel refused any responsibility, but I appreciate Booking.com’s professionalism in compensating part of the amount directly. Sadly, I do not recommend this property until they fix these issues and become more transparent with their guests.
