Friendly initial contact with the receptionist on the first and last day; minor issues (e.g. shower door) were addressed. The location was good.

Severe hygiene incident: toilet overflow with fecal contamination, improper cleaning, and contamination of living area and kitchen sink. After the toilet incident on the second day, we were unable to use the downstairs bathroom for the rest of our stay, even though this was a key reason for choosing the accommodation. The kitchen was also unusable due to contamination. Despite our request, no alternative accommodation was offered in the following days. Acute health impact due to strong odors (especially problematic with asthma). Overall poor cleanliness (hair in bed, dirty sanitary facilities). Faulty/inadequate amenities (insufficient hot water, weak Wi-Fi). Worn condition, very noisy, doors difficult to open/close. Unprofessional staff response when reporting the issue. I would have liked to upload more pictures, but the app didn’t allow me to do so.

Posto meraviglioso per chi vuole passare una bella vacanza rilassante in famiglia o con gli amici, il posto è completamente isolato dalla città ma a 200 metri dal centro città dove ci sono tutti i negozi. Il parcheggio per la macchina è molto comodo. Ogni appartamento è dotato di una porzione di lastricato esterno con una doccia esterna dove arriva anche l'acqua calda, c'è pure un camino e un tavolo dove poter mangiare. Al piano terra si trova una grande cucina abitabile con un bel tavolo dove mangiare e un primo bagno con una seconda doccia. Sopra ci sono due camere con il secondo bagno e aria condizionata, nell'appartamento le zanzariere sono in ogni finestra, molte comode per gli insetti. Altro punto di forza c'è Francesco sempre gentile è attento verso il cliente

Neighbouring hotel had some miced-up attractions during the day (during the nightime it was perfectly quiet though)
