There were no hangers in the living room to put the rain jackets on, internet connection was not good and gas cooker was nit working properly

Die Residenz hat eine tolle sehr ruhige Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und ins Zentrum mit Restaurants etc.. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, aber ich lege auch keinen grossen Wert auf Komfort. San Vito lo Capo ist wirklich ein kleines Paradis mit einem wundervollen Strand und glasklarem Wasser. Im April natürlich sehr ruhig und es hat noch nicht alles offen. Sarah war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich täglich nach meinem Befinden erkundigt. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Sarah.

Im Grunde wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, ist es eine schöne ältere Anlage, die man mit ein paar Renovationen und z.B. neuem Geschirr, Pfannen etc. sehr aufwerten könnte. Es ist alles sehr old School. Die Appartements sind sehr hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn schon sehr gut. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Ort, der grosse Conad ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Great place with garden on the "square". Great host. There was a problem with location of our house, so they change it without any problem immediately. Also other small think they fixed in a momnets.

Kitchen equipment. It could be work on it. Put more thinks for cooking etc.

Close to the climbing spots and close to the city as well Sarah, who showed us the house was really nice and helpful

When arrived the house smelled like a fragrance tree, after we aired the house it smelled musty Had to clean some of the kitchen staff before using it

Great place and location. Everything worked in the house, the kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing missing were some wine glasses, but we managed 😉 The electricity worked very well, which is rare in Sicily. Clean and pleasant. The communication was fantastic. We'll be back!
