Good Deal Hostel

We already paid through the Expedia app then upon arrival they tried making me pay again using every excuse possible. The pool was empty when we got there, I said we'll go somewhere else as the pool is the only reason we booked this place and we were assured it would be filled the next day. Two days later it was still empty and he kept changing the story, blatantly lying to us. The shower water never heats up. The wifi was mostly good, although cuts out occasionally. The tours they offer are much more expensive through this hostel than anywhere else, they are very pushy with the tours. Even the laundry service costs double what it is a short walk away. Every time we go out they come into our room to turn off the AirCon and unplug the fan, so the room is too hot when we return. On our last night they switched off the AirCon, unplugged the fan after we were away a very short time, and took the remote so we had no AirCon that night. After reading other reviews I was shocked by how rude the host is, has no manners and his only response is to insult people. There is a ridiculous amount of rules here. Other reviews show they try scam everyone out of more money.
