Toilet sangat kotor. Minta staff cuci toilet bowl baru boleh guna kalau tidak sanggup turun ke kedai Thai food kat bawah untuk melepaskan hajat. Management tolong la jaga kebersihan. Atas cadar pun banyak bulu org

Staff is friendly

Bed condition not acceptable at all.. Bed are very old.. Cannot sleep on the bed at all.. Very lousy, the spring inside the bed got sound like broken, body pain, no pillow case, bedsheets also looks old.. Not same like in the picture.. I trust that the room will be exactly same as picture but totally disappointed.. Everything looks old n not worth for the money that i paid.. Totally disappointed and so noisy, bathroom also not clean, lighting not bright and room door safety lock broken, im very scared to stay.. Got people nock our room door.. So many disturbances.. Will never book again and wont recommend to anyone.. Really disappointed
