JP家族経営のこじんまりとしたホテルでスタッフの対応も良かった。 ランドリーサービスが使えてその日のうちに仕上がって助かった。4ヶ月前からツインの部屋を用意していたのに前日になって部屋が変更になってびっくりした。 クイ―ンズサイズのベッドを用意してくれたり食事を無料提供してくれたので結果的には良かった。
前日の部屋変更のお知らせで不安になってしまった。せめて一週間前にわかると良か,た。

DEDas Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Da ich meine Trinkflasche vergessen hatte, wurde mir diese ohne Probleme nach Hanoi geschickt. Dafür nochmal herzlichen Dank 💖
AUFriendly staff. Good breakfast.Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Close to Perfume river. About 25 minute walk to Citadel.
Shower spread water around the bathroom. This did cause an issue.
