"Superb location in MNL, as usual."

What you see in the listing is what you get. No hidden details. On the 30th floor. Good view of the city. Proximity to the Baywalk, beach, drug store, convenience store, and fruits market was super nice. 4th stay at this place. I was also informed of planned maintenance in the building during my stay.

The WiFi situation could definitely be improved (still on WiFi 4, while we are currently living with WiFi 6/7), maybe switch to a better ISP and router. 3 times during my stay, the internet went down which were looked into within 24h-48h after informing the host, so other travellers needs to manage expectations who plan short stays here.

臭い、スタッフの対応が、特にレセプションの女性の対応がクソ、Wi-Fiがつながらず、苦情を言うと2時には治る、翌日には、夜までに治る。嘘ばかり。結局三日間治らなかった。

A few roaches were present during my stay, but the bug spray helped to remedy this problem.
