S Residences Luxury Unit

Communication from host on door access and WiFi connections was good. The host kindly let me check out a little later to allow me to go straight to the airport. The unit was modern, clean, and had all I needed for a 1 night stay. There was a variety of lighting, which was nice. Air con in bedroom and sitting/sofa beds area.

Nothing really all was great. The large TV was a little close to the sofa for my liking, but if you pull away from wall and angle slightly it is more comfortable to watch.

Clean, comfortable, very modern. Pagpasok mo pa lang, at home ka na agad. Complete facilities like wifi, tv, may netflix pa. May kitchen utensils and equipment din. Wala ka ng hahanapin pa. Thank you! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I like how they are so responsive when you have some concerns and they are really going to assist you. Also the room is so clean and comfortable.

Looks like relatively new apartment, clean, cleverly designed unit, & very kind owner letting us late check out for our flight later that night. Near amenities, supermarket, malls , restaurants etc

There's washing machine but unfortunately not working during our stay. Our fault we didn't check the facilities description when making the booking. Tap @ bathroom sink dripping . Can easily fix by owner for future guests.

I like the location of the condo. It is near MOA also there is a Jollibee beside the condo. No need to cross the road to go to the Jollibee. There is alfamart downstairs too. I like their TV with YouTube and Netflix. They also have wifi. I like their beds. They have 3 beds. Two beds are foldable. I like the lightings in their unit. Very bright. Also they have a 2x ceiling fan if we don’t want to use aircon they have a fan. I like the aircon. They have two aircon, one in bedroom and one in living room. I like their cups. I like their mirror with light and on and off button. They have fridge, you can cook in their kitchen too. We got stranded in Bicol due to storm and we contacted them Saturday 11am. They were quick in applying for a permit to enter to admin. We managed to get an admin approval before the admin closes at 12noon. And they texted us the code for opening the door and they sent in booking dot com the admin approval. We arrived 1am Sunday from bicol. We just showed the guard our admin approval and they let us in without hassle.. nice!!! No need for them to meet us in the lobby at 1am. We had a very nice two nights stay in their unit after our experience of being stranded in Bicol due to storm and flood. And their price is cheap. Coz their unit is instagrammable, and they have wifi and proper kitchen fridge and smart TV. Very good value for money. I forgot to take photo of the inside unit. But we always walk to the MAll of Asia, to Jollibee, and watched movie in MOA like it’s just home. Will book again one day. Thanks po!!!
