Location was great. The staff lovely.

Communication. Had to find out via reviews how to check in. The apartment got very hot during the day. The bed sofa was not comfortable.

I have my own kitchen and it was a perfect location. Near the city and also really close to the conference hotel that I needed to attend. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

It was at the very top of the property and for part of the way there was no lift which made it difficult with a suitcase. Could do with some bowls and not just plates.

The room was big and tidy. The view from all the windows was stunning. The location is perfect for business. The staff is exceptional!

There were 2 beds in the apartment and none of them were comfortable. The bathroom was pretty big but the shower was tiny with low pressure. There was a maze of corridors and stairs to get to the room. There was a kitchenette but not even a pinch of salt or sugar to be found there, nor coffee or tea. The hair dryer was very difficult to use.

Best location!

Apt spacious and pleasant. Bed comfortable. Good view of rooftops.

Nothing like a 'sweet home". No coffee maker, cups, wine glasses bottle opener and very little kitchen equipment. No pix or rugs. No directions for microwave. Staff helpful and went out to buy things for us. Going up to the 5th floor through locked doors weird. Why didn't the directions say go to Best Western Genio to checkin and pay.
