The Grand Royal Luxury Apartment

An ample dining table and chairs were there. Enough lighting. Cosy beds were there. Two attached bathrooms were also there. A microwave and a kettle were available. Cable TV and good WIFI were available. A lift was available. Parking was also available. A clothes rack was available. The floor was clean. Shampoo and body lotion were available. Kitchen cleaning liquid was available.

No heating system. No toilet soap. An ancient non-stick pan was there. Two burners were not working properly. The freezer door of the fridge was missing. No garbage cleaning in our absence. Hand shower holders were missing. Dirty sofa. Very small rooms and the TV lounge. One corner of the lounge was used as the kitchen. TVs in the rooms had no proper connection. One balcony door cannot be closed. Two kitchen cupboards had been locked. Some pantry cupboards were full of different items which we could not use. The lids of the garbage cans have to be lifted by hand. Only two blankets were available. Only two towels for five people for three nights. The view from the room was disheartening. The coconut scraper could not be fixed easily.

The flat was really charming, the beds cozy, the sofa and the rest of facilities were really what we were looking for. Lying on the sofa with the rain outside of our window made of the flat a perfect shelter for us. We loved it here.

We didn't use more than one room but we noticed that in the other the hand shower was not working properly, and sometimes the shower didn't provide hot water. Also some tools in the kitchen didn't work at all like the toaster. However, they are minor details.

The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Any small issues were quickly resolved by the onsite caretaker. We walked to and from the property from the bus station with full rucksacks and baggage. It is an easy walk from town. The owner was quick to communicate and helpful. We would stay again if returning.

The view is good, hospitality is good. can able to cook and all the stuff available. Internet is provided and no interruption and speed were fantastic. I like the apartment.
