I had a situation on my first morning with one of the Hosts the by the name of Lindi, that turned my whole day sour if it wasnt for the no refund policy i would have left same day. Otherwise the rest of the staff are friendly and considerate.

The way i was attacked with questions and the hostility i got from Lindi. It felt like i was a thief in an interogation room with no way to either answer or be heard.

The staff were fantastic. Always went out of their way to assist us. They don't follow a one size fits all approach. The location was central to where we had to be with lots of shops and food within walking distance.

Our aircon didn't have a remote to adjust the temperature. The bar fridge was small. Couldn't fit ice in the freezer. It was also difficult to get our meat for our braai to fit.

Perfect place to stay, 1 night or many. Rooms are PERFECTLY clean, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast & coffee was delicious. Beds SO comfy. Really enjoyed our stay here, only wish we could have stayed longer!
