Europa Bed and Breakfast

From the arrival we felt so welcomed by the ladies there. They had smiles on their faces all the time and were always there to assist if needed. Special thank you to all of them for making our stay so lovely. Our rooms were also very neat and clean. Each had everything we needed. The beds were a delight and linen was extra comfy. Breakfast was excellent. We had done a last minuet booking yet everything was on point.

The customer service was exceptional! Facilities are well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The common areas are well positioned to be on your own or socialise with other guests over a game on the pool table or watch one on tv. Rooms are spacious, clean and complete with all necessities. Location is close to the beach, shopping centre, food and entertainment. Easy access to a main road made me more comfortable adventuring as it was easy to make my way back. My stay was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful

The location

The lady, Lindy, was very helpful and friendly. She made me a great breakfast and accommodated me asking to have it earlier due to work schedule over a weekend.

The room I stayed in was clean, but in a bad state. The air con didn't work at all, the ceiling fan only worked when the light was switched on and even then the light flickered constantly. The plumbing in the shower leaked badly behind the tiles to the degree that jets of water were coming from the grouting. I was worried to take a shower at risk of the tiles falling off on me. The bar fridge was also not working properly, with lots of water damage around it in the wood of the cupboard it was in. The TV was tricky to operate, with lots of wires dangling from it and suspending an overloaded multiplug adapter hanging midway down from it. Really not what I expected for 4 star accommodation
