El lugar es super bonito y tranquilo, las instalaciones limpias, camas cómodas y lo mejor es que puedes ir caminando a la plaza! La host siempre al pendiente de nosotros.

Lugar maravilloso, excelentes instalaciones y está muy cerca del pueblo

- Location within walking distance of downtown Tapalpa. - Picturesque garden.

- First time in my life renting any hotel or condo where I didn’t get on-site/in-person meet & greet check-in/assistance. - Door locks were difficult (non-intuitive) to operate. - “Private” parking, (although not right on the street) is unprotected exterior parking (not inside a gate). - Cabin numbers are not well-marked (only on front door of units 1 & 2, not visible from a distance). - Path to units 2 & 3 through garden was via slippery flagstones and grass. - No ceiling exhaust fans in kitchen or near fireplace in case of smoke. No ventilation, ceiling fans, or A/C anywhere in the unit. - Guest WiFi signal is extremely weak. - Lighting in kitchen very poor for cooking at night. Under-cabinet LED lighting would be a huge improvement. - Salt shaker was rusted and the salt contaminated. - “Walk-in” closet is not truly walk-in; it’s part of the hallway to the bathroom. - Dead insects were found in the principal bathroom. - There is no toaster. - About 80% of the buttons on the microwave do not work when pressed. - Hot water to the kitchen sink never arrived (although hot water does flow to the principal bathroom). Yes, I checked the valves of the supply lines underneath. - Kitchen sink has persistent leaks; rather than fix them, plastic containers were left to catch the drips.
