Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. fab views - very clean - everything working spot on. Hot tub is a great addition but only one person used it once - despite that it received a full clean.

Spotless Well equipped Hot tub Sonos speakers Comfortable, large bedrooms

Everything was great - just location is very remote but this suited us. If you'd like to walk to amenities, them this wouldn't be the place for you.

"All in all a very pleasant stay, in a lovely property"

The position and views from the property, spacious interior, comfy beds and good quality furnishings.

We had 8 people staying at the property and one of the bathrooms only had a hand held shower with no shower curtain or panel to stop the water dropping on the floor. They had to kneel in the small bath to shower. This should be rectified. Also no 2 pin plugs in bathrooms, but the property management very quickly supplied an adapter.

"Super"

Super large farmhouse in a beautiful setting. So clean and comfortable 👌 very relaxing in the hot tub watching the cows and red kites. Plenty of things to do locally, walks, cafes and castle's. A perfect stay!!

"Very peaceful place with great views"

Great views and the house is warm. The internet works great and the property is very spacious and the extra shower/bathrooms is a real plus.

The pictures of the property are very outdated and it looks very different now and needs a real good clean and painting. There was cigarette butts scattered around the outside of the property and in plant pots. In the master bedroom (above the kitchen) there is mold and severe paint and plaster falling off the wall by the windows. The kitchen sliding door doesn’t always lock from the inside so I had to keep walking outside to lock it. With 10 people been there we all showered to go out and the hot water kept going cold on the last couple of people that needed a shower. The hot tub looks very scruffy and outdated. For the price I have paid it is far from luxury as is claimed and stayed in much better for half the price.

"Excellent country escape, brilliant facilities and comfortable surroundings"

Brilliant space. Clean rooms. Hot tub was excellent for a large group. Staff were very helpful when we had a shortage of towels , they rectified it quickly and gave us late check out as compensation would highly recommend.
