FRSimply shameful. My friend and I made a booking error (not at the location we were staying at). City names can sometimes be similar, it happens. The reservation was for the next day. Five hours after booking and realizing the mistake, we contacted the hotel, explaining the situation and begging them to cancel and refund the reservation. We would have even accepted a partial refund for a reservation made only four or five hours before the cancellation request. There was virtually no response from the host, by email, message, or phone call. I contacted Booking.com, who also received no response from them. This extremely discourteous behavior for a €71 stay is outrageous. Mistakes happen, and we ended up having to pay twice that amount for accommodation.

Filthy place, bathroom is outside the room in the hallway. Key was in a box downstairs that was UNLOCKED. So anyone could enter. Extremely noisy place. Room was very dark and absolutely filthy. Its a total scam, I left immediately after seeing the state of this place at 1 am, and checked into nearby hotel. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not go in this place.
