Location and parking

Toilet seats won’t stay up, poor selection of cutlery poor ventilation in kitchen in hot weather.

Well located and equiped in everything what is needed. Clean and comfortable. Highly recomended

Wasn't told it was a smart lock so didn't know how to light it up. WiFi signal was poor please send just one email with all the details , not 4 with different things.

Surprisingly quiet location, spacious property , car parking on site ( although not required by us)

Access was secure but initially confusing with the number of access codes required

Property was excellent. Instructions for property location including full address plus getting in the property and car park unclear and complicated. Owner needs to re write instructions in clear and logical order.

Location

Difficult to get access into the apartment. Too many key locks, different combinations for each one and unable to contact the owners. Spent 1.5hoyrs trying to get into the apartment. Time waster

Communications were fantastic with visuals as well as written instructions sent to me in good time by the host. The flat was very spacious with two bathrooms, full kitchen facilities including hand soaps, washing up liquid and sponges etc. Bonus of tea/coffee and salt etc in the cupboards being available (though we didn't make use of any of these). I liked not needing to remember any keys as it's all number codes (unless you need car parking which there is a key for). The kids also appreciated the games and jigsaw puzzles that were available to play with.

The temperature was very hot even though the heating wasn't on, and the quiet of night is easily disrupted by the heightened sounds of any movement within the flat (opening doors, walking between rooms etc) as it's a bit echoey. A guide in the kitchen for recycling would also be useful as we didn't know this was an option until taking out the rubbish on leaving day.

Was very clean and close to attractions. Well stocked with tea, coffee, soap etc. communication was good and prompt.

Tired looking with some damage. Bed was missing a slat. Out of date access code provided
