Spacious two bedrooms apartment for business and holiday

Clean, nice size of apartment in good location. Together with my family, we had everything we asked for. Especially travelling with 12 weeks old baby. Very good communication how to get keys etc. On request owner provided cot. Definitely highly recommending.

The apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities. Plenty of space for 4 people. Location was good too. Communication was excellent with photos sent of parking location, front door etc. The hosts were very responsive.

Sadly, the communal areas were below par. Graffiti on the walls and cigarette butt's at the entrance. A sofa was left abandoned outside the front entrance as well. We were disturbed by late-night music from neighbouring apartments; but that's the risk of communal living. An excess build-up of limescale in the ensuite bathroom to both the shower head and screen. Some of the power points were unusable also. I have reported these issues to the owner, who has given assurances that all will be addressed ASAP.

The ability to let lots of air in throw the French windows. Nice secure parking. Location was fantastic

The apartment is very nice and spacious. It is equipped with all appliances needed for a short stay and one can feel right at home. Second bathroom was very nice to have - perfect place for 4 people travelling together.

Apartment was very comfortable and very central ten minutes walk to everything I would definitely recommend doing the dockyards and spiniker tower very short walk from the apartment and if you don't mind a short drive fort nelson artillery museum is exceptional and fantastic If you looking for places to eat I would definitely recommend Baja Mexicali great mexican and if you like a sports bar there a fantastic Indian that also a gastro pub called tap and tandoor both great food and reasonable prices

Only things we could not find out how to use the hob and oven as seemed complicated and when asked owner she didn't know either

The apartment was very spacious. Parking was convenient. The equipment was good.

The graffiti on the walls of the corridors as you enter the building was extremely intimidating and made us feel very unsafe. Added to this was that the rear door of the property was out of use as it had been kicked in and there was old furniture dumped outside the door. We also noticed a property just along the road which had been badly vandalised. This all led to us questioning whether this is the sort of area that’s suitable for a holiday property? There were also a number of maintenance issues, which are small by comparison, like a shower head that needed replacing, holes in doors and walls and a dirty cooker hood light.

Close to town, easy to find, secure parking, clean and everything you need.

The actual building it’s in had a broken back door and graffiti but that’s not really the property owners fault. Parking is restricted to 2.1m height which our vehicle go into it but luckily we managed to park fine.
