Phòng rất sạch sẽ có ban công thoáng nhìn ra sông. An ninh. Anh chủ là rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách hàng khi lưu trú tại homestay. Ở đây có cho thuê xe máy. Rất thuận tiện cho các bạn cần phương tiện đi lại trong thành phố và các khu check in chụp ảnh lân cận. Quanh homestay cũng có rất nhiều quán cafe và quán ăn ngon. Ngoài ra buổi tối muộn cũng gần phố có các quán ăn mở đêm. Phù hợp cho những bạn đam mê ẩm thực.
Homestay k có thang máy. Nếu ở tầng cao leo thang cũng khá mệt.
