Ideale ligging, heel proper, alles wat je nodig hebt

Bed kraakt enorm, ‘‘s ochtends om 6 uur hoor je duidelijk de buren de rolluiken optrekken, rondstappen, enz. Dus geen geluidsisolatie. Bij slagregen komt er water binnen in de living. Jammer dat het balkon niet groter is.

Spitzen Lage direkt am See. Stellplatz gegen Aufpreis 20€/Tag direkt am Objekt. Netter Empfang.

Manchmal sind es die Kleinigkeiten. Wir waren 8 Nächte vor Ort. Es gab 1 Toilettenrolle, 2 Spültabs, 2 Kaffeetabs usw. so dass alles weitere zusätzlich gekauft werden musste. Der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber. Apartment ist relativ laut, aufgrund des Verkehrs. Allgemein ein älteres Haus.

"Good location"

The location was excellent, apartment very clean.

The television was removed as broken the previous. I don't go away to watch t.v. But our granddaughter travelled with us so we could not have late nights, so on this occasion the t.v would have been welcomed. The hairdryer didn't work was just about to go out, the hairdryer should have been checked before the next guest. It would have been nice to have bottle water left and maybe a welcome pack.

"Overall apartment lovely /very central but get the main door lock sorted !"

Great location / everything to hand /buses /train /mini supermarket

The front door to the building was very temperamental (we couldn’t get in twice ..spent over 30 mins ..playing with the lock ..not great after a long day out )

"Very good spot to stay in Como."

Spacious apartment, located in quiet but at the same very central area close to the Como lake, Como old town and restaurants. Big plus a private parking sport (although not for free). Awesome and friendly host. Would rent again for sure.
