Super clean, beds were so comfortable, washing machine, heaps of space to spread out. Close to bayfair mall, papamoa, the mount and tauranga.

Home away from home. It is comfortable and clean with a modern, well equipped kitchen. Warm and cosy, easy to heat. Close to the beach for an evening walk. Lovely private outside area.
Its a small thing but I missed not having a bedside lamp to read by, its a drag having to get out of bed to turn the only light off using the switch by the door.

Clean, spacious and perfect for our needs travelling with 2 young kids
Nothing negative but if I must give any feedback... Bed could have been firmer but that is just my preference. Water pressure for bath was quite slow and the bath water went down quickly once in it.

Check in time of 3pm is the only downside
