"Lovely place in a very convenient location."

Great location, a nice sized and light modern apartment. Staff were helpful on our day of arrival.

Bathroom was really dark and could have done with some curtains on the bedroom windows.

"Great central location"

Great location for city centre and market. Good view from 5th floor but glad there was a lift. Plenty of parking space.

Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe ist hervorragend. Im Appartement war genügend Platz und alles da was man braucht!

Der Eingang, der Aufzug und der Flur waren leider sehr schmutzig und wenig einladend.

Location and was clean

Mattresses all need replacing and are uncomfortable. The blind in the larger bedroom is broken which didn’t help us sleep. Oven and grill weren’t working. It sleeps 4 but the sofa is only comfortable for 3 so ended up sitting on the floor. Only 3 of some things. We’re 4 mugs but one cracked. One of the towels was stained. No second toilet as advertised. Table has a hole in each end. No welcome pack. One bulb out in lounge. Only one lift works and no proper light in it. Overall very bland decoration and basic finish to the flat.

The location in the City, but still quiet, also the free parking onsite is absolute bonus. All the little extra things, like drinks and sweets and having everything else you need in the apartment, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, not that we needed them with a short stay. Definitely book again if available when next coming to Norwich.

Please take this purely as constructive and suggestions to improve the overall experience: The sofa small for potentially 4 people stopping, maybe small corner sofa so everyone has place to sit comfortably. Could also do with a grab rail and non slip bath mat when using shower. Maybe some blackout blinds/ curtains, as sun rises and straight in early morning.
