Die Dame vor Ort war sehr nett und zuvorkommen, auch sehr engagiert um den Aufenthalt so gut wie komfortable für uns zu gestalten. Die Lage ist auch super, die Zimmer auch recht groß.

An der Ausstattung hat es gemangelt: es haben viele essentielle Utensilien gefehlt, teilweise waren viele Sachen beschädigt. Die Badezimmertüre konnte man nicht schließen weil da jemand inkompetent war diese richtig zu installieren, mein Mann und Vater haben dann diese repariert. Dann die Halterungen für die Vorhänge waren defekt, meiner Mutter ist fast die Stange auf den Kopf gefallen weil sie lüften wollte. Des Weiteren war/ist der Abfluss von der Duschbadewanne defekt, das Wasser fließt nicht korrekt in den Kanal und es kommt zu einer Überschwemmung im Bad. In der Küche als auch Schlafzimmern haben viele essentielle Utensilien gefehlt wie Kleiderbügel oder Suppenlöffel etc. Es ist wirklich schade, die Wohnung wäre so schön wenn nicht so viel fusch am Werk gewesen wäre. Ich rate dringend einen anständigen Handwerker dorthin zu schicken und mal alles auf den Punkt zu bringen.

Kontakt uvedeny v popisu nefungoval. Je to rakouské číslo, které prý máme volat přes WhatsApp. Po půlhodině ale přišla místní paní Zorica, predala apartmán a dala svoje chorvatské číslo na mobil. Hlavní dveře nejsou dodělané. V apartmánu jsou obrovské skříně, které zčásti nejdou otevírat, protože dveřím stojí v cestě postel. V koupelně teče voda pod vanu sprchy. V kuchyňce s jídelním stolem je málo místa pro pohyb při přípravě jídla. Blackout zavesu je na oknech malo, v jednom chybí 2 ze 4 a ve druhém 1 ze 4. Apartmán je nový, a asi ještě nezabydleny. Myslím, že tohle jde docela snadno po sezoně vylepsit.

We were allocated the studio in the garden and encountered several issues: - The entrance glass doors lacked privacy curtains, making the kitchen and bed visible from outside. - The studio door could not be locked from inside and even when locked from outside, it could still be opened from the top. The host reassured us about security, but we did not feel safe. - I experienced electric shocks twice when touching the oven, although the hob worked fine. I reported these issues to Booking.com customer service, who forwarded the message to the host. This led to the following responses from the host: Several hours after checking out, the host messaged me through the Booking.com platform with accusations and inappropriate language, alleging that I stole a toaster or sandwich maker, which were never present in the room. The host also claimed that I stole towels and placed the air conditioner controller in the shower, which were untrue accusations. The host mentioned reporting me to the police, but the local authorities confirmed no reports had been made. I have photos and videos documenting the actual conditions and inventory of the room. Overall, I found the accommodation to be substandard due to the lack of basic security and privacy measures. The host's reaction to the reported issues was unprofessional and distressing.
