The facility was clean, security was helpful

Upon our arrival we didn't find anyone to receive us and show us the facility. The toilet and zinc had a slow blockage and one had to wait for few minutes before the other person can use the toilet. The checklist was not done when we arrive. But the host sent someone to check before we left, which is a reflection of inconsistency in how things are done. The host didn't answer her phone when we needed to exit the facility to attend to an urgent family matter that needed our attention. As a result we were forced to wait until the next day to exit. The 12 hour QR code limit movement more especially when the host doesn't answer the phone. I called from 3:00 AM and the call was only responded to after 8:00 AM. It would have been better to have an emergency number instead of depending on the host to answer or respond to emergencies.

Everything about the place, the location is very close to restaurants, malls and some activities. The place was very neat and tidy.
