Приятный и общительный персонал и руководство. Доступность до кафе (оно буквально по соседству), нет надобности искать пропитание. Близость к пляжу, и в тоже время удалённость от шумного центра посёлка.

Шумный кондиционер. Нестабильное электричество, из-за которого повредилось зарядное устройство для телефона. Не все туристы соблюдают правило, запрещающее ходить по этажу в обуви с песком. Хотелось бы рекомендовать руководству использовать чаще музыку в стиле lounge или chillout - туристы приезжают к вам именно за этими ощущениями, а не на дискотеку.

It was close to the beach

We were left with no power, no water, no A/C there was multiple power cuts through the night and when I went down to ask what was going on the staff had locked up and left the hotel, when I mentioned about it being fixed they said the neighbours don’t have power either as if that helped at all ? I message them on booking.com and they said come back to the hotel later in the evening and it might be fixed, it was after 00:00 when the power came back on, they also tried to run a back up generator which was very loud and vibrated our whole room there was no possibility that we could sleep in that room, even the back up generator went off due to it running out of fuel, I asked for a refund and got told that the power will be on at some point which isn’t good enough, would not recommend this stay, probably the worst hotel experience in our 3 months traveling south east Asia! And to top it off theres no hot water even when the power does work, or windows in the bathroom so we were eaten alive by mosquitos, 0/10 from us! And the A/C unit that worked for 30 minutes of our stay sounded like a jet engine

The location was great, very quiet and clean.

The shower often was not on and then there was never any staff around to talk to unless the restaurant was open. This meant I could not shower properly before early morning tours. We did get an email about an issue with the shower which is fine but then no clear times on when it would be put back on.

Clean and great place near the beach, a small Italian restaurant just outside. Everything whithin walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Only cold water shower. But seems to be standard in this area. Great place!!
