Classy and Newly Renovated Studio in Observatory

Great Location and Great place

The room is very well arranged and you find everything in the right place

The heat from the heater was a bit high for my room and the blindness window as you approach the washroom

It was neat and comfortable. The location is great and the room is well equipped and beautiful

We struggled for an hour to check in due to the gates not working properly. It would be acceptable if someone could have assisted us, but we struggled for more than an hour to get someone to answer their phones and help us. The R720 cleaning fee was hidden and absolutely absurd.

The location was close to UCT, and the city too. Just what I needed. It sometimes noisy, especially on the busy night, but it is most of the time quiet during the day and some night. The room is fully furnished and has everything for a comfortable stay. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and would definitely love to come back again. 

I wished the communication and enquiries made before arrival to the residence were much better. But this was improved during my stay, and the staff assisted me throughout my stay. Very helpful and ensured I had a great stay. 

The place was comfortable and clean.

We had no hot water in the bathroom and no water in the kitchen.

I loved the how everything was exactly as the picture and very clean.The is room service every day and the lady that cleans is very friendly and she cleans to perfection.

I lost my key and l was charged R1300 which was not reasonable for me, considering that they should have backup keys for such unforeseen situations. A charge must be paid but not 70% of my stay. I had to wonder what should have happened if l did not have that amount of money at that time and it was in the early hours of the morning..And the outside area is not safe as it is a busy street, but management did not give me any other alternative solution.

Lovely area, so many things nearby, walking distance to shops and restaurants, lovely space, comfortable and spacious, great value for money, staff are very informative, helpful and super sweet, and we are definitely coming back 👍

Nothing we didn't like but as a warning for those that struggle to sleep when there's noise, obs is mainly night life so you will hear people in the street below. We had no issue with it tho. Thank you!
