Très joli hôtel, à taille humaine, bien équipé, confortable. Très bon accueil (malgré une arrivée tardive). service attentionné.

Pour les chambres sur rue, l'isolation phonique est très légère.

"Really lovely relaxing stay at a great hotel."

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to try to make our stay more comfortable. My friend wanted a twin room, we had been in a double and they switched rooms as soon as they could. I would recommend Brook Lane and will definitely stay there again.

Very little to speak of on the negative. I did have some difficulty figuring out the shower settings in the bathroom. That wasn't fun!

Location, food, rooms were all fantastic

The heat in the room. It was so warm. Had to open windows as no thermostat to reduce temp. Also no coffee making facilities in the room
