House Garden está en pleno casco histórico al lado de la Catedral de Salerno. Fantástico jardín pero muchos mosquitos. Hace falta unas cuantas Albahacas.

For us it was perfect. The apartment has a romantic architecture, in an old building, where part of the old brick walls was left exposed. Beautiful. There are two bathrooms ( a service one, and one with a shower). The bed and sofa bed are very confortamble. I slept in the sofa bed and even if i usually have back pains, this time I slept like a baby, no problems. The private garden is a big plus. Intimacy and good vibes. Mauro is a perfect host, from beginning till end, really hope to come here again.

Sehr besondere Unterkunft, eine Oase mitten in der Altstadt. Mauro ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: Wir wurden von ihm vom Bahnhof abgeholt u zurückgebracht u erhielten zudem viele hilfreiche Hinweise zu Ausflügen etc. Gerne wieder!

Big private house with private garden and barbecue located at a historic area. Very gentle and friendly host, who met us, helped with the parking and our luggage.

Located 25 minute walk from Salerno train station and 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station in the old and charming part of bustling Salerno. The apartment was located on the 3rd floor (we had assumed it would be on the ground floor because it has a garden) but the stairs were very shallow so quite easy to go and down with a 5 year old child and a stroller and baby. The apartment is on the smaller side but has a very high ceiling and is decorated in a exceptionally chic style. We loved the stone wall which gave it a cave like feel. All rooms open onto the super cute little garden that had a nice dining table and chairs for eating. Both beds were super comfy and it was a peaceful environment for sleeping. The kitchen was very small with basic cooking facilities so not the best for cooking large or complicated meals but fine for making breakfast and simple dinners. The internet worked perfectly.

There was a strange smell coming from the kitchen which I suggest the owners look into. The garden sprinklers were set to go off every evening at around dinner time which wasn't the best timing. There were a lot of mosquitos which could be related to the sprinkler system, perhaps the hosts could provide more mosquito coils to burn to keep them away.

The house is very comfortable and the garden is amazing, with bbq and outdoor shower. We had an amazing time!
