Great staff members

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't die.... but we felt like we were in the Bates Motel, I think there were some homeless people living there, the area isn't very safe, and the whole place just seems very rundown and sketchy. There were also motorcycles and cars revving all night and the walls were paper thin.

Room conditions are terrible: No refrigerator, curtain in the back was broken, bad smell in the room, only one small shampoo for two guests, whole complex was dirty, etc. Need a lot of improvement

Great wi fi rooms are clean and quite and the staff was pretty nice.

Overall for price it was good. The ice manchine broke. I neede ice.

I was disgusted by the condition of the building. The night person guy did not greet nor ask my preference of downstairs or upstairs. I’ve worked hospitality as front desk so I know the proper way of greeting and checking in/checking out people. I noticed there was a lot of empty parking slots. Gosh I wonder why Pets inside people rooms that are most likely guests who rent to the max days due to having no home. Yes, I can tell. Beginning to open the room, I immediately noticed a baby roach climbing up the door alerting me there are more insects somewhere. Finally inside the room, 1st thing I see if a dead baby roach on the floor (like I knew there would be). Then I noticed a marker next to the bed that has not been cleaned up either. The bed comforter has been stitched up noticeably. The flooring has paint stains and the whole room is very bland. It’s awfully disgusting!! To add the cherry on the top, an ASIAN ELDERLY MAN (assuming that’s the owner that people talk about) was knocking on the door at 10am. I’VE NEVER HAD THAT BEFORE NOR HAVE I EVER DONE THAT TO ANY GUEST AT ANY HOTEL IVE WORKED AT!!!!!! Old man, it’s 10am NOT 11am yet. I put my alarm on at 9am way before you came, I know what I’m doing. I thought there was someone trying to be shady knocking on my door. I have a 4 year old!!! We are not like your usual “guests”
