Grossed there is rotten food inside the drawers in the facilities! Customer service doesn’t know how to pull information from Booking.com The wait time and the whole time was ridiculously long They tried to charge me twice

Not clean, sheets has holes, the room smells bad

Location was horrible. Place was so disgusting I wouldn’t have eaten any food that they prepared. Would not recommend this place to anyone and it should be condemned. Nothing good to say about this place.

Literally anything could have been better than that cesspool. People smoking up and down the balcony. Homeless encampments all around. Dirty Lenin’s and bathroom. Smells like mold and rotten food. Didn’t even stay there I saw the room and went to the main desk to request a refund. They wouldn’t refund my money so I left and went elsewhere.

Clean room. Quieter than expected.

Neighboring (to the property) residents & residences didn't seem like they'd be very quiet at night, but we only heard a bit of minor train noise while sleeping.

One star is still too much! This motel is absolutely subterranean bad. Strong smelling and unclean. Dosshouse is more accurate than motel. It stinks in the rooms as if homeless people had lived there. Stale cigarette smoke, unclean, unhygienic, the furnishings are unkempt, dirty, very foul smelling. We were so disgusted that we didn't even take a shower, all our clothes smelled like the rooms after a very short time. Simply disgusting. Trains pass right next to the motel and are very loud, making the room vibrate, You are treated strangely at check-in and not allowed into the lobby. Then my husband was asked to say the PIN of his Visa card out loud so that the staff could enter his pin, as it was not possible to enter the pin independently through an opening that was far too small. Since we were traveling with our daughter, we booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms next to each other, this was suddenly no longer possible, even though the room right next to us was still free. The rooms themselves are simply disgusting, unacceptably smelly and unclean.

The towels were stained and the bed was not very comfortable. We kept hearing weird noises in the night plus the door didn't seem very secure

Staff was good to deal with . Location was great .

There needs to be an ice machine and the towels need to be cleaner maybe get some new ones .

The staff was way more friendly than I'm used to. They were very helpful. There were a few rough looking areas. But, the total spent was less than $100. I didn't expect much, and it exceeded my expectations.
