Seaside Serenity Suite in Loutra

L’appartement est calme et bien situé en face de la mer.

Par où commencer, entrée de l’immeuble sale. Les alentours aussi. Odeur de cuisine provenant du voisin désagréable, lit inconfortable, table de chevet crasseuse et collante. La douche dans un état déplorable pleine de calcaire, le bac de douche et le lavabo également. La plaque de cuisson à la cuisine poussiéreuse. Bouilloire pleine de calcaire. Canapé ultra inconfortable. Tout le matériel de nettoyage est sur le balcon etc. etc. etc.

A redőny nem működött, guggolva lehetett csak kimenni az erkélyre. A nappaliban a kanapék alváshoz kényelmetlenek.

Eenvoudig en gedateerd maar prima als tussenstop. Goede wifi en airco naast een mooi strand voor een nette prijs.

Bedden zijn wel echt aan vervanging toe en niet echt comfortabel.

The only bad thing is that the parking is too small and u need to be lucky to find space.

The apartment was relatively clean and there was a washing machine. Parking is easily available in the compound. The owner wrote a mail with google coordinates and internet access.

The name of the property is really misleading. The apartment might have been renovated but the building is old and not well kept. The stairs to the flat had a lot of bird dropping from s swallow nest. Not anything we would associate with a seaside Serenity Suite. We travel a lot and this property is totally overpriced for what it offers. On the stairs up there is a semi-detached unsafe aluminium handrail that could be very dangerous. The bedroom shutters and windows did not open. The coffee machine still had a capsule inside and the washing machine a wet towel inside. The towels were not washed at a high temperature. Finding the property could be a problem as there is no signage. Again, totally overpriced for what it is.

The apartment was poorly prepared for our arrival. it was very cold, we heated with air conditioning for more than two days until we reached comfort. we had to rewash all the floors and dust, it was very dirty. But the most frustrating and annoying thing is that the blinds to the balcony overlooking the sea were only half open. They were broken. We chose this apartment for the sea view and you could not see it from the room without bending down to the floor. We wrote to the owner immediately after check in but he didn't want to do anything about it. He wrote in a boorish manner: just get over it. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Location was right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. Close to restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately the shutter on the sea side of the apartment was broken so the view was interrupted. We just went down to the beach though for an even better experience.

The shower water has a problem getting away, will flood the floor if not extremely careful and a very short shower is required. The outside of them units is in bad condition ,not nice at all, ,I think there are about 8 apartments in all , quite run down, but the unit inside was nice.. The area along this town is not the greatest.
